Data Management Analyst
Miejsce pracy: Kraków
Area of responsibility:
- Manage and overview Material Master Data processes in the SAP environment.
- Support Team Leader in monitoring and managing workload to ensure delivery of services within agreed SLA’s and according to the timetable.
- Drive implementation projects within Master Data.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all systems and processes.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in the master data area.
- Prioritize tasks based on importance and deadlines to ensure efficient workflow.
- Extend variable tasks to accommodate business and project needs.
Specific tasks:
- Support Team Leader by coordinating task assignments within the team and assisting with more complex assignments.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines, including workload coordination.
- Utilize analytical skills and interests to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
- Coordinate MDM month-end close activities and reporting (depending on business needs), such as prices, monthly reports for procurement, and quarterly reports for finance.
- Exhibit independent thinking and make informed decisions related to master data management.
- Maintain and coordinate Master Data updates and cleaning.
- Act as a reviewer for more complex processes.
- Process more complex transactions and ad hoc reports within the Finance Teams.
- Coordinate accuracy and compliance checks.
- Develop and maintain guidelines for master data management processes.
- Provide training to new team members to ensure understanding and adherence to guidelines.
- Maintain good professional relationships with other team members, stakeholders, and external partners, including consulting on improvement projects.
- Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude towards work and challenges.
- Participate in meeting service levels and key measurement targets of the team.
Requirements:
- Great knowledge and hands on practise in SAP (MDS will be a great assset)
- Knowledge of the materials transactios for material creation/change/deletion, (mm01,mm02,mm03,mm17)
- Knowledge of tables transaction se16n/se16/sqvi
- Job related knowledge – what is material, what data material can cointain, types of materials, what it is info record and how to create this
- LSMW is a huge plus
- Knowledge how to write guidelines or operating procedures (experience with this is a plus)
- Expieriens 4 -5 years in Master Data Materials domain
