Praca: Finance Application Support Analyst - German Speaker
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Coordinate with end users and assist them with their regular problems/issues, these issues will be managed through Aon’s ticketing system – Service Now.
- Develop new ideas and present them to the end users and team.
- Analysing and documenting the issues, suggesting a proposed solution, where possible and liaising with the vendor as required.
- Assist with the deployment of new releases of the software.
- Assist with UAT testing of the product’s new releases and hot patches; and will also be responsible for successfully documenting completed test results.
- Document and submit all the bugs identified within the system and send them to the Vendor for resolution.
- Communicate with the stakeholders on regular basis and keep them appraised on the development of these issues.
- Make changes/additions to Master Data within the Application and configurations changes as required.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Very good English and German (min. B2+)
- Strong communication, business acumen, and interpersonal skills
- Team player and demonstrated customer service focus.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Functional understanding of Insurance and Financial business operations
- Strong project analysis and planning skills
- Understanding of testing protocol
- Understanding of business needs analysis
- The candidate should have experience and a relatively strong background in the below areas of accounting:
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- General Ledger
- Reconciliations
- The candidate should have strong analytical skills and ability to analyse problems/issues and be able document a solution that is acceptable to the project and/or business teams.
- Be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritise these.
